User Data Deletion Instructions
If you have used Facebook to sign in to TaskPilots, you can follow these instructions to request deletion of personal data associated with your account.

Send your data deletion request to:

Email admin@taskpilots.ai with the subject “User Data Deletion Request.”
Include the email address used to register or sign in to TaskPilots, your TaskPilots account name (if available), and a clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not send your password or access tokens by email.
2. Identity Verification and Processing
To protect your account, we may contact you by email and ask for reasonable information to confirm that you own the relevant account.
After completing any necessary identity verification, we will process your request within a reasonable period and notify you of the outcome by email.
3. Data We Delete
Deletion may include your TaskPilots account profile, user information obtained through Facebook Login and stored by TaskPilots, access tokens or login connections associated with the account, and other personal data linked to that account.
Deleting data stored by TaskPilots does not automatically delete data held by Facebook. You can manage Facebook platform data through your Facebook account settings.
4. Information We May Retain
Information that must be retained to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, support financial audits, or protect system security may be kept for the period permitted by applicable law.
Access to such information will be restricted, and it will be deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.
